A MTV Europe Music Awards divulgou a lista dos indicados nas diversas categorias da premiação. Entre elas, a de Melhor Artista Brasileiro. A curitibana Karol Conká está entre os indicados, junto com  Anitta, , Alok, Nego do Borel e Projota.

Assim como acontece com o Brasil, outros países têm suas listas de indicados como Melhor Artista, além dos nomes que concorrem em categorias gerais, como Música e Clipe do Ano. Confira a lista completa abaixo. Nessas categorias gerais, quem lidera o número de indicações é Taylor Swift, que aparece em cinco categorias. Shawn Mendes vem logo depois, com quatro indicações.

A premiação acontece no dia 12 de novembro, em Londres, e terá Rita Ora como uma das apresentadoras.
